Class Descriptions

Lomilomi I

Lomilomi means energy-shifting touch therapy that can change your mind, body, emotions and life for good.  Lomilomi is the power of touch in the spirit of Aloha. We start with Kamana’o ‘io, Hawaiian values, where we discover our connection to our past, present and future. We learn the Hawaiian way, with love and aloha, discovering your spiritual gifts and nurturing your intuition. Study the “Huna” secrets of the past to open the portal of learning. Practice the chants and prayers that transform.

This class includes the full-body table massage including the anterior and posterior aspects of the body.  Students will also discover Opu Huli, the ancient Hawaiian art of setting the stomach back into alignment. This advanced technique was passed down within the families and is truly a powerful way to ease low-back pain, even out leg lengths and calm all sorts of digestion imbalances.

Lomilomi I is a wonderful introduction to learning more about yourself and your ability to share love and healing not just with physical massage, but with intention and breathing. The “Ha” or breath of life is introduced to students as a Hawaiian way to move energy through the body in a most powerful way.  Everyone can learn this gift that you can share with friends and family to relieve pain and tension, a gift that comes from your heart with Aloha.

Lomilomi II

Advanced Course (pre-requisite Lomilomi I)

Learn to remove negative energies and spiritual attachments, balance the Pineal gland the spiritual connector and bring the body, mind, and spirit into alignment. Learn spiritual cleansing with Ho’oponopono (to make right, to put things in their proper order) and the Aka cord (energetic connections) cutting ceremony.

Students will discover Shell Healing an amazing way to remove pain and energetic blockages within the body.  Also, students will review the full body Lomilomi while incorporating the Opu Huli treatment along with advanced Shell Healing techniques.  We will practice “listening to messages from Spirit” and work to increase our abilities to hear and see messages from Spirit.

Continuing:

Spiritual and Physical Cleansing and Alignment at the Healing Pools

$250 for 2 hr. session.

During this minimum 2 hr. session you will be led to the Healing Pools where our Hawaiian ancestors visited to release emotional and physical pain.  Kahu Pomaika`i will guide you as she assists to Spiritually align and cleanse you while you release occurrences of the past.  Receive messages from Spirit and guidance regarding your future. You will receive a Ho’oponopono blessing (to make right or to put things in their proper order), to release the pain, sorrow, and anger of the past and present. Kahu Pomaika`i will administer your Opu Huli treatment, the ancient technique of setting of the stomach back into alignment along with Shell Healing and opening of the Pineal Gland.   These techniques reduce tension and stress so that your Spiritual connection is enhanced and the things of the past that cause you pain are released with great Love and forgiveness.

Private Lomilomi Instruction

$150/hr. Learn advanced Opu Huli techniques, advanced Shell Healing, and deeper levels of healing through removing energetic blockages from the physical and spiritual bodies.
