Payment Terms and Conditions/Information

You will receive a detailed invoice for services. Once we are in agreement, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at time of confirmation to reserve your date. The balance due is 15 days prior to your event. If your wedding date is less than 30 days away, full payment must be met.

PayPal is our simple payment solution. Payment can be made directly to: PayPal.Me/KahuPomaikai. Once on this page, enter the payment amount specified by your invoice, log in to PayPal (If you don't have a PayPal account, click "Sign Up") and you're done!

Through SQUARE we also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. We recommend accessing square directly via the invoice you will be receiving. Through SQUARE, we also accept payment via telephone or Skype with proper scheduling. 

Gratuities for services are not included but may be added to your total in advance if you wish. 

All fees and prices shown are good for the time of deposit. 

Holidays, Rehearsals & Before 8:00am Ceremonies

An additional $125 service charge will be added to your request. Most small, intimate beach weddings do not need a rehearsal however, if you desire one, we'd be happy to be of service.

Wedding Photographer/Videographer

You're not expected to give the photographers/videographers gratuity. Yet if the wedding photographer or videographer doesn't own the studio, consider tipping each person (or give a certain amount with a thank-you note to disperse to staff).

Protocol: Optional

The standard: $50 - $200 per vendor

When to Tip: At the end of the reception.

Substitutions, Cancellations, Refunds, Rain Plans

Substitutions:
Last minute changes or substitutions are based on availability and may or may not incur a fee.

Cancellations:
If you cancel you have up to one year to use your deposit for another date. No refund after one year should reschedule not occur.

Running Late?
Our staff will wait 20 minutes for you if you are late however after that, should they be committed to another party, we can not promise an immediate alternative and there will be no refund. An additional late fee of $50 per 20 minutes late will apply to each individual team member if they are available to wait.

A Rain Plan:
While it is possible to have showers at any time, in Hawai'i they are considered blessings from above and most often are short lived. Occasionally, location or time may need to be adjusted.

Refunds:
No refund for cancellations within 72 hours of event. ALL REFUNDS will be charged an $18.00 fee per $50.00 for credit charge back fees. Plus $50 additional fee for each 20-minute delay of ceremony per each staff member.
